Carriers!

As cute as these two little boys appear, do not let them fool you!! They are filled with germs and an ungodly amount of bodily fluids! Right now as I am writing, I can feel the wonderful bug my sons have so generously shared with me, taking over my body!! No matter how hard a mother tries to stay healthy, she is fighting a losing battle! No amount of disinfectant is going to combat the "carriers". That is what my sons are being referred to--CARRIERS! For the past two days we have used more tissues, napkins, t.p., shirt sleeves, whatever I have on hand to wipe a nose, then I can ever remember. Just when I was thinking cold season was over for awhile! Oh, and why when going in for the wipe do little children move their heads in every direction imaginable? They become almost "owl-like" when a tissue is nearing them. It is as if they are wanting to keep the snot on their faces just so they can come over to mom and wipe it on my shirt. They have begun to mistake my clothing for a tissue. Now, I can't recall a time when they saw someone else do that, so, this has always stumped me!! Happy wiping all!
